Four generations are now represented in the workforce, with differing attitudes, experiences and perspectives on a wide range of areas that affect mental wellbeing. In this session we will be joined by business leaders to explore the challenges leaders have observed in creating a mentally healthy environment for employees from different generations and how these have been addressed. Speakers will explore:
- How varying attitudes towards mental health across different generations may affect an organisations’ overall culture.
- How leaders see the expectations around work-life balance and mental health support changing across generations and the implication for talent attraction and retention.
- What attendees have learned about leadership styles and how they need to adapt to meet the evolving mental health needs of a diverse, multigenerational workforce.
- How leaders role model mental wellbeing for employees and how this approach might vary across generations.
