Our vision is for every Australian workplace to be mentally healthy. We want people to feel valued and supported in the workplace, and for conversations about mental health to be a normal part of people's working day.

Our mission

Our mission is to put mental health at the heart of the business agenda. We want to drive improvements in the way Australian businesses respond and adapt to this rapidly evolving and growing challenge.

Mental health is the issue of our time. As business leaders, we truly care about the wellbeing of our people. The responsibility to support them in the workplace begins with us.
