Laura Malcolm

As Avanade’s Australia General Manager, Laura leads a team of more than 700 professionals located across Australia, who help clients to deliver innovative solutions through the power of people and Microsoft technology. Laura launched her Avanade career eight years ago as its Australia Chief Technology Officer. Since then, Laura spent time in London as Avanade’s UK Digital Lead, UK and Ireland (UKI) Chief Operating Officer, and Global Advisory Practice Lead. Laura returned to Sydney in March 2020 to take on the role as Avanade’s Growth Markets Growth & Strategy Lead and has been General Manager of the Australian business since September 2021. Laura lives in Sydney with her husband and two children. She loves running and music and is a passionate advocate for inclusion and diversity.
