Alison Crosweller is a government affairs and public policy specialist with over 20 years-experience working across state and federal governments, the private sector leading corporate affairs, policy and journalism. Before joining Johnson & Johnson as Senior Director, Government Affairs and Policy, Alison held senior positions in large-listed companies running corporate and government affairs functions, and previous to that was Communications Director to two Premiers and a Treasurer. She began her career as a journalist with The Australian newspaper. Alison is experienced developing and executing engagement strategies to help individuals, corporations and industry bodies promote their agendas, build relationships and enhance reputations, seize commercial opportunities and achieve their goals. She has been a company representative on several industry bodies across the health care, infrastructure and resource recovery space as well as a member of her organisation’s Reconciliation Action Plan committees. Alison is the Johnson & Johnson ANZ lead for the Alliance for Adverse Abilities, an employee resource group focusing on inclusion and belonging for people with diverse abilities in the company. She is passionate about mental health in teenagers. In her spare time she is driving children to swimming squads, AFL and gymnastics training.
