David’s extensive legal career includes 13 years as partner at Allens Linklaters, and prior to that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. David joined Coles in early 2016 and leads the Health, Safety and Wellbeing teams, as well as legal, risk, regulatory compliance and employee relations teams. He is a member of the Coles Executive team and co-chairs the Coles Better Together diversity committee responsible for LGBTI issues. He is a member of the board of Queensland Venue Company, a joint venture operating hotels and retail liquor outlets throughout Queensland.
