Simon was appointed Chief Officer of Group Affairs, Communications and Sustainability in March 2025, bringing together internal and external communications, public policy, government relations and sustainability. Prior to this appointment, Simon was Chief Sustainability Officer since July 2024. Before joining Woolworths Group, Simon was Chief Transformation Officer at Arnotts for four years. Prior to this, Simon spent two decades at PepsiCo holding a number of senior executive commercial roles including Chief Sustainability Officer, Global President PepsiCo Snacks and Chief Marketing Officer PepsiCo North America. Simon holds a First Class Hons BSc from Kings College London.
