An alliance of 15 national organisations from business, unions, community and govt sectors leading change to promote and create mentally healthy workplaces. The Alliance was established by (and led by) the National Mental Health Commission in 2012.The Alliance initiated and guides the National Workplace Initiative, which aims to provide a nationally consistent approach to workplace mental health. It is envisaged that the Inaitiave will lead to resources and online tools to support workplaces to develop and implement their strategy, and to provide practical implementation support.
