About Patrick
I am a Partner Account Manager at Microsoft, and joined the EIC committee in 2023.
Outside of work, you can find me outdoors – hiking, scuba diving or chasing sunsets.
I’m always a fan of being outside, and getting some fresh air – as a forcing function of helping us reset.
Why am I passionate about workplace mental health?
I believe mental health is the foundation for so many things within the workplace – effective collaboration, team resilience and collective success.
I think it is also core to ensuring a workplace is inclusive and welcomes all forms of diversity, especially ideas and personalities.
I have seen firsthand how prioritising mental health creates stronger teams, and a culture where people feel valued, and I want to continue championing in as many organisations as I can.
What does thriving at work look like to me?
Thriving means feeling energized, supported, and connected to a sense of purpose. It’s about having the space to innovate, collaborate openly, and balance professional goals with personal well-being. For me, thriving is when people can bring their authentic selves to work and know they have the resources and flexibility to succeed.
